Circular bellows
Description
Excellent protection for shafts, worm screws, and recirculating ball screws.
Made by sewing rings in specific materials for each application. Watertight seal.

They are highly reliable bellows and used in situations where high resistance to wear and mechanical and dynamic stress is required in the presence of a very small closed package. In high temperatures, they perform optimally as well as being resistant to coolants and oils. For every need, our technical office can calculate the exact number of folds necessary for the bellows and will calculate the exact closed package considering all possible solutions.
Bellows with slats
Description
Heat-sealed bellows cover: Aisi 304 stainless steel sheets 0.5mm thick are fixed on each fold to protect against hot chips, welding splashes, acids, etc. (0.8 mm thick sheets for heavy applications).
Additional information
With fixed blades for horizontal and transverse mounting or with movable blades for vertical and horizontal mounting, thanks to our technical department there are no design limits, as if an extremely small closed package were necessary, the calculation will always be precise.
Every possible solution will always be considered.
Heat-sealed bellows
Description
They are stress-resistant covers. Each fold is supported by a pvc frame, and attachment between frames and mantle is by welding (without adhesives). In this way, stress-resistant and watertight heat-welded elements are made.
Additional information
With the help of our Technical Department, it is possible to make the precise calculation of the number of folds of the bellows, which are made with heights of 8mm, 10mm, 15mm, 20mm, 30mm, 35mm, 40mm, 45mm, 50mm. We also calculate the closed package, even extremely small, precisely considering all possible solutions.
Fastening holes are drilled to the customer’s drawing for any type: A/B/C type.
