Fabric and foil roller covers

Created in the La Protec laboratories, Q-Versus represents the new generation of orbital protection. Entirely designed with the use of 3D software and validated with FEM analysis, our roller cover with an aluminium shutter was then manufactured and tested with testing equipment specially designed and equipped with acquisition systems capable of monitoring countless parameters in real-time.

Thanks to the perpendicular mounting to the casing, the conventionally inclined basement part is saved to allow the recovery of liquid in ducts. The consequence of this innovative solution is a saving of cast iron, a greater compactness of the machine, a gain in rigidity of the base and, consequently, greater machining precision. In addition, thanks to our patented state-of-the-art solution, we can reduce maintenance times, such as quick replacement of protection panels.
