PROTEC SRL. has decided to establish a Quality Management System in accordance with the requirements expressed in ISO 9001:2015 for the following activities:
DESIGN AND MANUFACTURE OF FILTRATION SYSTEM GUARDS AND CONVEYORS FOR MACHINES
Management sees the Quality Policy as the means of leading the enterprise toward continuous improvement of its performance. It is an integral part of the company’s overall strategy, which has as its goal the economic viability of the company and thus its permanence in the market over time, and is based on the following objectives:
- Ensure complete fulfillment of technical and safety requirements such as to make specific products;
- Ensure an unwavering commitment to meeting customer demands in terms of flexibility, punctuality, and reliability;
- Implement process monitoring, continuous improvement of QMS and reduction of inefficiencies in organizational and technical/production management of the enterprise;
- Fostering staff competence, awareness and participation by keeping up-to-date with current technological developments in the field;
- Ensure the health and satisfaction of the company’s staff and the creation of a constructive climate of cooperation;
- Evaluate suppliers so as to ensure the quality of products purchased and later supplied to the Customer;
- Manage with preventive, regular and systematic maintenance the infrastructure and equipment pursuing the goal of ensuring service continuity and efficiency;
Additional objectives for quality will be defined annually during the management review activity.
In order to achieve these goals for quality, management is committed to:
Activate, maintain and continuously improve a Quality System in accordance with UNI EN ISO 9001:2015;
Monitor the quality system periodically through the preparation of internal audits in order to assess compliance;
Ensure that the Quality Policy is communicated, understood and enforced at all levels of the company.
LA PROTEC SRL has determined which external and internal factors relevant to its strategic goals and directions influence its ability to achieve the expected results for its Quality Management System. This assessment is an input document in the Management Review, carried out at least annually or as the factors analyzed change.
This analysis leads to the resulting risk/opportunity assessment and subsequent improvement plan.
